I'm sure by now you've all heard about the sad sad break up of Kevin Federline and Britney Spears. You may remember the admiration I have for Mr. K-Fed. (In a past blog entry I spoke of starting a Kevin Federline Appreciation Museum/Tanning Salon)
Folks, I know it's been hard and it's only gonna get harder, but we've all got to keep going. Lift your heads up high and don't let this keep you down.
Here's how I'm coping:
1. ice cream
2. huddling in a ball and crying myself to sleep
3. thinking happy thoughts:

4. screaming "why!" at the top of my lungs
5. turning my hat sideways and singing "London Bridge" by Fergie
6. coming up with theories for 'Lost': My theory: The polar bears did it.

7. more crying myself to sleep
8. comfort food: chicken pot pie and toasted cheese!
9. pirate dogs.
